We've lived at our place for a year now and it has been great. It was a newly rehabbed place and we needed to move in early, and NXT was able to complete the work much sooner than expected to facilitate our move. They've been very quick to fix any issues, and the communication has been great. I usually get a response soon after I send them an email.

I've leased an apartment with NXT for almost two years and the experience has been wonderful. I moved into an apartment in Logan square almost a year ago and recently signed another year lease! My apartment is, great! Everything brand new and renovated, in unit W/D and my parking spot conveniently in the back(which actually fits two cars!) I’ve gotten so many compliments on my place, and how fairly priced it is for the area and how updated it is. Cindy was super friendly and down to earth when we met and she showed my the place. She was also readily available and helpful during the move in process. The app is great and so easy and makes rent payment an maintenance request quick…which I’ve only had to make one in the almost-year I’ve been here. Highly recommend their apartments and Cindy.
