Managing Broker

Nick Gasic joined NXT Realty in May 2022 as the Managing Broker for our company. In his role he handles all aspects of leasing including, but not limited to, advertising available apartments, showing apartments to potential tenants, processing rental applications, assisting tenants with move-in logistics, and renewing current leases as well as finding you your next possible home!

Nick’s philosophy is simple – treat each and every client transaction as if it was his own. He’s honed this approach over years of real estate experience. Before joining NXT Realty, Nick worked as a broker and property manager at Fulton Grace Realty and Becovic. He is a licensed managing broker.

Nick is an avid fan of Chicago’s beautiful architecture; his immersion in Chicago real estate started at a young age thanks to a family of contractors and architects. Outside of work, he enjoys running or biking down the lakefront. Nick looks forward to making the experience of finding your next place to live as simple as possible.
